2022 Lineup & Anticipated Release Dates

The 2022 lineup has brought some carryover and revamped models, as well as some exciting new releases.

Here’s the latest on what we know.

Jeep

As always, Jeep is at the forefront of innovation.

The 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee will offer a complete redesign, inspired by the recently-released, high-end Jeep Wagoneer.

Jeep will also offer a hybrid-electric version of the model: The 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. No dates have been announced yet, but expect the models to be released by the end of 2021.

Ram

The 2022 Ram 1500 will likely be a carryover model of the burly but modern pickup truck. What many consumers are most excited about, however, is the brand new off-road edition of the model.

The 2022 Ram 1500 BackCountry edition will be perfect for off-road adventures. More affordable than the Ram 1500 Rebel but equally suited to rugged terrain, the 2022 Ram 1500 BackCountry edition will be available in late summer or early fall of 2021.

Chrysler

For those on the market for a minivan, the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica has you covered. The 2022 Pacifica will include the same features that made the 2021 Pacifica a success: a spacious, high-tech interior with an exterior that mimics the look of an SUV.

The model is expected to hit dealerships in late fall of 2021, along with the 2022 Chrysler 300 — one of the auto industry’s top-rated large sedans.

Dodge

The 2022 Dodge Charger will see a facelift, with new color options, wheels, and trims available.

The 2022 Dodge Challenger and 2022 Dodge Durango will likely be carryover models, but this won’t take away from their retro, sporty appeal. Based on previous releases, expect the new Dodge models to hit dealerships in the fall.
